There is an analogy in the seemingly ordered world of an anthill that can help us understand how mass consumption permeates and transforms the fabric of the Internet. The anthill, with its intriguing complexity and coordinated activities, seems to bear parallels to the digital landscape. However, in the current context of mass consumption, the digital ecosystem increasingly resembles an anthill where individual contributions get lost in the bustle of excessive information.
For this installation, I use an overhead projector to show a shadow play between ants and and digital media printed on edible/candy paper
